DATE A PERSON WHO READS

Readers are always misunderstood that they don't know how to enjoy life well,
they enjoy not only one life but millions :')
Date a person who reads. Date a person who has a list of books s/he wants to read, who has a library card since they were 12.
It's easy to date a person who reads, give them books for their birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries.
Give them the gift of words in poetry or in song
Give them Neruda, Christie, John Green, Sherlock 🌻.
Let them know that you understand that words are LOVE.
Understand that they know the difference between books and reality but by god, they are just trying to make their little lives like their favorite book.
Lie to them, if they understand syntax, they will understand your need to lie. It will not be the end of the world.
Fail them. Because a person who reads understands that all things come to an end. :)
But you can always write a sequel. That you can begin again and again and still be the HERO

Why be frightened of everything that you are not?
People who read understand that people, like characters, DEVELOP
If you ever find a person who reads keep them close
When you find them at 2 am clutching a book to their chest and weeping, make them a cup of coffee and hold them.
They'll talk as if the characters in the books are real, because for a while, they always are :))
Date a person who reads because YOU deserve it. You deserve a person who can give you the most colorful life imaginable.
Readers are not quitters, if they can read a novel cover to cover they have the capacity to deal with your short commings.
If you want the world and the worlds beyond it, date a person who reads :)
Keep reading! (Much love to the reader)💙

  4. Beautifully put. It is indeed so much easier to connect to a person who reads and invite them into out own world of imagination.

  5. True... they do understand the difference between books and reality... but prefer to live in the life of the books...
Certainly, you lie to them and they understand the need of that lie but they let go... as the story never ends...

People think they are fools but they don't mind... the solid hold of books... date them or not... you will find them in love always imaginary or otherwise ☺

Atishara, strong felt emotions at such a young age... well clothed in words... 👱
