GYMMING? PHYSICAL or MENTAL
If you choose to speak about mental health only when someone dies because of it, it's not activism, not only it's not activism but it's too late.
It's high time that we start talking about such taboo issues and take mental health seriously.
Suicidal thoughts aren't easy to share even with people whom we trust. It's hard to tell who's going through what.
For a fact I know you cannot handle emotional pressures in a day. You try, you take a hit, you fall down, you cry, you get up again.
You get punched once again, you fall once again and you cry again.
The only thing you need to understand is that you have to keep getting up and whenever you get up, make sure you don't cry over the same punch EVER AGAIN.
Emotional pressures are very real and they can affect your life in a very terrible way if you don't learn to control your emotions.
Make sure you control your emotions and don't let your emotions control you.
It's only with experience and time that you learn to deal with what life throws at you.
So I guess the trick is to not be defensive with your emotions and make sure you allow yourself to feel everything that comes to you freely.
Whatever happens to you please never give up on love and most importantly on YOURSELF.
Presumably, you do not need the whole world to LOVE you :)
We live in a society where we face identity crisis, self insecurities and set backs very often but life is a very beautiful thing.
Forget betrayers no matter how big was the hoodwink! And discover yourself, it is the most AMAZING thing.
Keep growing and loving yourself :')(when anni gave a hope to his son that by being a loser too you can achieve almost equable to a winner, I felt that, it gave me HOPE to fight away.
But when sushant died, I didn't know how to react , I didn't want to say anything. He left a part of him in me, maybe I get strong enough to hold through it :))🌻
Glad that you addressed the topic. Good going and keep growing

DeleteGood job! You made some very valid points
ReplyDeleteMental health is something we all need to be thinking about actively. Maybe this one event will change our perspectives on it. Great article.
ReplyDeleteExactly! Thank you💓
DeleteIt's funny how the same thoughts came into my mind too ,but to put them into words such beautifully is devine. Touché
ReplyDeleteGlad that we share the same thoughts!💙
DeleteRightly said, when you are passing through it you find yourself to be alone. It is here that one needs to be strong enough to come out of it. No one can help... it is 'me' within each one of us that one can do it... else, it becomes a history...
ReplyDeleteYou summed up that so well! Am so happy to know that am not alone💓
